We are a young and passionate team building the #1 tech platform in Africa dedicated to small and micro merchants. More than 5M merchants, in 15 countries, tested our flagship products (Konnash App and Invyad POS) to manage and grow their business.

You will be responsible for
  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
  • Conducting market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
  • Understanding the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
  • Creating techniques to attract prospective customers and keeping the current ones.
  • Associating with several teams such as sales and customer service
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and other organizations
  • Monitoring commercial performance
  • Reporting regularly to executives about sales progress
  • Track, measure and analyze commercial performance using KPIs
  • Negotiate new projects and contract terms with new clients
  • Increase the number of customers, sales, revenue and turnover
  • Recruit and manage less experienced profiles
Your qualifications
  • Previous working experience as commercial director
  • In-depth knowledge of market research analysis and metrics
  • Experience in the sales field
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic is a must
  • Good level in French and English
  • Strong persuasion and presentation skills
  • A goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to be flexible
  • Excellent Leadership skills
