Sales Assistant

About the role
As a Sales Assistant at Inyad, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team. You’ll work closely with sales representatives to qualify prospects, schedule meetings, manage sales documents (quotes and invoices), and track sales performance.
This position requires strong organizational skills, familiarity with CRM tools, and a customer-focused, results-driven mindset.
You will be responsible for
  • Identify and qualify prospects in coordination with the sales team.
  • Update and maintain the client and prospect database (CRM).
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for sales reps.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes until validation.
  • Issue and send invoices to clients.
  • Follow up with clients for overdue payments.
  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Consolidate sales performance data.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure loyalty.
  • Meet daily targets related to lead generation and meeting scheduling.
  • Share client feedback with the product team to improve our solutions.
Your qualifications
  • Education: Bac +2 / Bac +3 in business, management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role (sales support, administrative sales, sales coordination, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in Arabic and proficiency in French and English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing documentation, CRM data, and client follow-ups.
  • Proficient in office tools (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
  • Comfortable supporting sales teams in operational tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing quotes/invoices, and tracking performance data.
  • Team spirit and autonomy, with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
  • A goal-driven attitude with the ability to meet deadlines, follow up with clients, and contribute to lead generation targets.
  • Knowledge of the retail, foodservice, or e-commerce sectors is a strong asset.
  • Adaptability and flexibility, able to adjust priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
