You will be responsible for
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with company goals and objectives to drive growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to develop comprehensive business plans, focusing on opportunities for expansion and business development.
  • Understand and address the needs of existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop strategies to attract new customers while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing ones.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure alignment and support business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders in the industry.
  • Monitor and report commercial performance, providing regular updates to executives on sales and growth progress.
  • Track, measure, and analyze commercial performance metrics (KPIs) to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate new projects and contract terms with prospective clients, securing mutually beneficial deals.
  • Drive growth in customers, sales, revenue, and turnover, ensuring the company meets its financial targets.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage junior team members, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and capabilities.
Your qualifications
  • Previous experience in a commercial leadership role, with hands-on involvement in operational aspects (e.g., Commercial Manager or Sales Lead).
  • Proven expertise in market research, analysis, and performance metrics to drive informed business decisions.
  • Experience in sales, with a strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
  • Fluency in Arabic is essential for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in French and English to support business interactions across diverse markets.
  • Strong persuasion and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and close deals.
  • Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving targets and driving commercial success.
  • Adaptability and flexibility, capable of adjusting strategies and approaches in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team toward success.
