Field Support Technician

About the role
We are looking for a Technician to help keep our clients’ equipment and software running smoothly. Your role will include installation, maintenance, and training.
You will be responsible for
  • Install, maintain, and repair equipment across the country.
  • Diagnose issues and suggest effective solutions.
  • Train clients on how to use both the equipment and the software.
  • Update technical documents and write intervention reports.
Your qualifications
  • Technician diploma or specialization in electrotechnics, electronics, etc.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Represent our company professionally with clients.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide.
  • Basic skills in French and Arabic.
  • Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Strict adherence to safety rules and internal guidelines.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
